Looking for preferably female roommate(s)

Looking for someone who might be interested in sharing a large room or renting an entire apartment to share. Queens or Manhattan is preferred. I?d also prefer roommates who are ok with cats but I don?t have a cat (yet). Smokers are fine- just keep it outside. If we share a room, I dislike snoring. Be clean, respectful, and willing to help out with community chores (keeping the floors clean, etc.)
