A Responsible Professional in her 20s

Hi, I?m 24, I work FT at a university as a secretary in Nassau County, and I attend school PT in Queens.

I?m not a smoker/drinker/party person but I?m friendly to those who do and as long as you respect my space, I?ll respect yours. I keep mostly to myself but if available, I?m always interested in new activities and helping out if it?s within my ability. I will have very few (if any) visitors to our apartment and everybody will always be informed beforehand if somebody?s coming over and they will most likely be out the door by 10pm. Due to the present pandemic, the only person I can think of coming over (very briefly) would probably be one of my parents. I?ve grown up with cats and dogs so I?m comfortable with both, and have no problem sharing pet responsibilities if need be. (FYI, the cat in my profile pic is my boyfriend's family cat.)

I don?t like passive aggression and thrive on communicating well so that everybody can live drama-free.

The gist of it is, I?m looking for a place to come home at night, finish my degree, pay my bills on-time, and be an adult :).
