Moving out soon (private room under $1000)

Looking for a 16 x 24 ft bedroom (preferably). With a big window that receives broad daylight in the mornings. Very spacious apartment. Able to decorate as one pleases. For a possible roommate, she must be highly organized of her items (property). She must clean up very well after herself. She must love to eat breakfast because I am a huge breakfast person. She must be respectful, kind, good hearted, and loves to share. She must have the personality of wanting to always lend a helping hand when she sees it is needed or there is trouble. As for me, I am a very dependable individual. I will be on time with any bills, I am a very busy person, like to keep myself occupied. You can consider us best friends in no time. I don't like to keep secrets, therefore, if I have an issue with something I don't like regarding our living space I will tell you. Expect me to be real and upfront about everything but at the same time I will do it always out of kindness and love. I will clean up after myself and I am still learning to cook so please know how to cook. Preferably.
