Hi, I'm Rodney. I am looking for a house share. My current landlady is selling her home to be closer to family which is why I am looking for a new residence. I have been in roommate environments for years and know how to get along with people I'm cohabitating with.

Looking for June 1st. Range of rent $1600 to $2500. Ideal locations would be Pasadena, Valley Village / Studio City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Santa Monica.

I am extremely responsible with money and always have paid my rent on time or a few days early. I have previous landlord references if you would like to verify that. I understand the importance of keeping common areas neat and clean out of respect for my roommates. I enjoy helping out with weekly duties such as taking out the trash, etc.

I work from home in the music industry. I have worked at AudioSparx as an Artist Liason for 14 years and counting. It is a combination creative and administrative position (publishing, licensing, artist management). So I can live anywhere that has a reliable high speed internet connection. :) It does not involve playing music at high volumes, I use a standard PC for the job.
