25-year-old gay male looking for a room to rent starting July 15th, no more than $925 a month. I'll be working at a Reform Jewish synagogue in the Upper East Side, in-person, M-F 9-5. I'm also a writer and performer. As a roommate, I like my environment to be clean, but I'm not a neat-freak.-friendly, I just don't personally smoke. Not really a partier, but as things slowly get closer to a new normal and the city reopens, I'll be going out more. Fully vaccinated and the new job requires employees to be masked and distanced through at least August. Please be LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+ friendly. Open communication is the most important thing to me.
