Two Friends Looking To Sublet/Lease

I?m a young professional working in marketing and looking for a room to lease/sublet with my friend Fenda! We?re clean, considerate, non-smoking, and follow a relatively consistent 9-5 schedule. We enjoy cooking (and eating) and I enjoy going to the gym to balance it out. We love to socialize and and can also appreciate time alone.

Since I?m getting married in January, the setup we?re looking for is that we would potentially share your empty room and then in January, I would move out and she would continue living there.
