ISO 1 Bedroom w/access to Kitchen & Living Room

I'm looking to rent one bedroom with access to rest of apartment; Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, and any outdoor space would be great. I like to keep a clean tidy home, chill, free of heavy traffic. I never bring a party home. I'm quiet, rarely have guests, and very respectful of all people & shared rooms, never leave a mess behind or sink of dirty dishes, and I chip in for shared home products & cleaning chores. I like similar roommates. I prefer a smoke-free home, which is my sanctuary for peace, relaxing, recharging, and escaping the concrete jungle.

I’ve been freelancing in film, television, photo, events many years in the Art Department. Mostly union productions.
