I am a professional female aged 26 looking for a room. I am available to move from 08/30/2019 and have a budget of $800pcm. I would prefer to share with females ideally between 24 and 36years old. I?m a teacher and grad student so my days will begin around 6:00am and end around 10:00pm. I?m not a party girl, but will invite a few friends over to catch up. I?m allergic to cat and dog dander .
