Rooms sought by male and female

We are male and female aged 21 and 23 looking for rooms. We are available to move from 07/23/19 and have a budget of $750pcm. We would like to share with males or females ideally between 21 and 30 years old. My hubby and I are expecting a newborn in November and I have a emotional support animal who still needs training but he is friendly and a little wild
