Looking for a room in Hoboken!

Hi! I?m a 25 year old female looking for a room hopefully in Hoboken, where I?ll be teaching Kindergarten. I?m chill and easy to get along with (my students also call me awesome and nice). I?m clean, but not neat-freak clean and I like going out on weekends, but also love my downtime.. Ideally there would be laundry in the building and my own bathroom, but that?s pretty hard to find on my budget so it?s not a deal breaker. I?m pretty flexible on the move in date and have a budget of at most $1,200/month so lmk if you have something and think we?d get along!
