Room Needed W/ Easy Commute To Manhattan!!

I am a professional 29 yr old female working in Manhattan as a Banker looking for a room. I am available to move in January 2020 and have a budget of about $900/ month and looking to not run my credit or have guarantors. I would like to share with males or females of any age, but who are laid back and don?t mind if I have friends over once in while. Of course everyone?s privacy and respect will 100% be in account because I would expect the same. I do have a 1 yr old cat who might be moving in with me named GusGus, so pet friendly preferred but not necessary. Fun and laid back roommates who respect space and each other?s thing preferably keep a clean space.
