Responsible professional looking for a room

Engineering professional working with a Multinational Engineering firm. My job requirement is to work 2 days at the Monrovia office and 3 days at the Long Beach office. Therefore, I am looking for place in the middle of these two cities to ease my commute (preferred location Downey, CA). I am a responsible, clean and respectful person and expect the same attributes from the landlord. I am looking for a quiet, clean place, with a laundry and kitchen facility.
