Responsible, upbeat, male seeks room in house

I'm a young 62, with a very open, outgoing, friendly, non-judgmental personality. I get along with almost everyone and have male and female friends of all ages. I'm a positive upbeat person, and I prefer to live with active upbeat fun people. I'm kind of a neat freak and not the stereotypical slob of a guy. I always pick up after myself and keep things clean and organized, yet I'm very tolerant of others. I never have to be asked for the rent and I'm always willing to pay my share.
