Back Room or Room wanted in Los Angeles?

We are a married couple male and female aged 26 & 32 looking for a room. We have no kids and no pets. We have lived in our past rooms 2 years and this current room for almost 3 years. We are easy going couple. Sleep most of the time during the day and work at night. We do light cooking during the day and sometimes late at night. We like to play games on PC at home or watch Netflix. I am available to move from Oct 1st and have a budget of $750pcm. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 18 and 65 years old.
