Guy & Cat Looking For Room Or Roommates

I?m Charles, a 21 year old French/Lebanese guy that moved out here for college about 3 years ago. I study computer science at SMC and so as you can imagine I?m very much into computers, videogames, instant noodles, etc.

I have a clean, very well behaved 6 month old black kitten named Bear, and a nameless fat hamster usually referred to simply as hamster.

I keep my stuff tidy and clean yet am chill with wherever you lie on the neat-freak to hoarder spectrum. I don?t smoke cigarettes (totally cool if you do), and will never be bothered by anything you?re into (or not into).

I?m looking for a private room and bathroom, with anything more than that being a welcome bonus to the situation. The more space available for my cat to live in, the better, but I am okay with keeping her in my room/quarters exclusively if necessary assuming the room is spacious enough to keep the kitty healthy and happy.

I have a fianc?e and she would be coming over quite often, probably 1-4 nights a week. She?s just as chill if not more so than me.
