My name is Julia. I?m 30 years old and I?m female. I am a teacher in Hayward. I am very clean and on the quieter side. I don?t go out a whole lot and I?m usually going to bed early. I enjoy cooking and I?m very helpful about keeping the kitchen clean.
I expect good communication and fair, clear expectations regarding the upkeep of shared areas. I really appreciate having a fairly quiet space at night. I would be okay with an occasional party on the weekends. I would not be happy with roommates who like to be very loud, party often, and who aren?t willing to clean up in a reasonable amount of time.
