Room Wanted starting late June or July 1st

Female with one loving cat looking to rent a room starting July 1st. I work in community habilitation and am also a student. Relaxed and considerate, Don’t care about others lifestyles as long as it doesn’t affect mine. I clean up after myself and am not very noisy. I’m busy with both work and school and like to spend most of my time in my room. In a roommate situation I think respect is the key. Looking for a (mostly) unfurnished room and preferably with no other pets. Looking for something around the $1200 mark but am willing to pay more depending on location, size of room or if a private bathroom is included. Looking for a calm, safe and peaceful environment.
