Looking for a room!

My name is Jennifer and I am a recent college graduate looking to move in order to be closer to my work place. I am planning on staying in the area for at minimum a year, if not longer so the lease would be a bit more long-term.

The most important thing to get out of the way first is that my current housing allows me to leave my lease at the end of December, so I would be looking to move in around the last week of December or early January.

A few things about me; I am 22 and currently working in Marketing and PR. My schedule is very regular for work, 9:00 to 6:00 every day, however I typically don't come home till later because I enjoy working out right after I get off. I am very active and I like spending most of my time out of the house, either over at friends or at the gym. At home, I like to watch TV while I do chores and relax. I generally tend to stay in my own room. I do some light cooking but I am very clean and respectful of shared spaces. I do own quite a lot of my own cooking equipment and I don't mind other people borrowing any of my stuff as long as they clean it after use!

I would like to be able to invite guests over and it would be great if I could occasionally have overnight guests on the weekend (friends from college visiting or my boyfriend). However, I am not a big partier (but I don't mind if other people are!). I tend to be away most weekends as well, visiting friends.
