Professional Seeking Guest House/Studio Apt

I am a 50 year-old female looking for a studio apartment, guest house or a private room with private bathroom.

Currently, I work from home for a large corporation (very quiet work on the computer; rarely on the phone) Monday through Friday and study voice over acting via Zoom at least once every other week all from my little "home office" in my bedroom. I am easy-going, but have a busy life. If I'm not home, I'm likely taking a class, attending a meeting, going to a show of some sort, visiting friends/ family or taking a drive to the ocean (I get a lot of inspiration there to write...Oh, yes...I write poetry too!).

My focus is to get a space of my own to create and work. So, a single apartment or guest house is at the top of my wish list.

If you have a house/apartment share, I do not drink or use drugs of any kind (more than 5 1/2 years sober), tidy and super respectful. I love animals too! I would like to be able to have a guest over here and there, kitchen privildeges (I'm no "chef", but would appreciate being able to use the kitchen to cook) and a private bathroom is greatly desired, but not a deal-breaker.
