30 year old programmer looking for roommates

I'm 30 year old programmer actively looking for a place right now.

A couple of must have:

I lean towards non-binary. I don't really care about pronouns or anything, but I'm not for you if you get really upset at men wearing women's clothes.

I enjoying going out in goth. Again, if men in makeup or sacrilegious imagery bother you, probably not for you.

I work from home 5-2 Monday through Friday. It doesn't have to be dead silent, just no mid-day parties or loud TV blaring.

Having a decent kitchen and preferably a dishwasher is important to me.

I'm not super strict on the thermostat, but the place needs to be a roughly normal temperature. I've had roommate who insist on heating the place to 80 and roommates who completely refuse to to use heat in the winter. Pls don't be this person.

Aside from that I think I'm pretty laid back.
