25-Year old looking for Next-Level Living

I?m looking to pool for a house with someone. I?d prefer closer to public transit. I?m not looking to throw parties every other day, but at hoping to land in a nice home that?s architecturally pleasing. I?m looking in areas like Nob Hill and Hayes Valley. I?d like to be in an area with other 20-somethings. I?m fairly clean, but tend to leave things in common spaces. I take the trash out, don?t leave dishes in the sink, and keep the bathroom clean. Most of the mess I leave is non-smelly in nature (paper, pens, etc.) I?m also hoping to meet with someone who?s artistic and would be willing to help me decorate the space together. I?m big into artwork and furniture :)
