M22 for a max $700/mo apartment w/ roommate(s)

I'm looking for an apartment that is near a train station, a laundromat, and a grocery store. It would be awesome if utilities are included in rent, but it is not necessary. I'm hoping to find social roommates, but that is not a deal breaker. Communication, however, is necessary. I'm all for sharing, but ground rules are a must. I can range from being talkative to very distant depending on the environment. I like to clean my room regularly. I'm pretty understanding of most things, but outright noxious smells or blatant filth is unacceptable. Aside from that, I respect the privacy of others and expect the same.
