Hi! My name is Andrea. I'm a nice, friendly, respectful Christian woman looking now for a rental situation beginning at the end of April 2020. My current lease expires on April 30th, but I'm hoping to move in few days earlier.
I am very clean, responsible with my budget and bills. I get along well with others. I'm mostly a quiet roommate. Don't have a lot of friends over. I enjoy cooking, cleaning, gardening, reading and watching TV.
I have a lovable 7 lb 4 year old dog who is also well behaved and housebroken.
I'm looking for a rental of a room in a house or condo.
