Seeking Long-term Rental Lower Manhattan/Brooklyn

I'm a laid back, down to earth guy looking for a room to rent in lower Manhattan or Brooklyn. I've been living abroad in England for the last 4 years for university and moving to the city to start a new job in Manhattan. I am extremely easy to live with, I?m very clean, organized, and quiet while I'm at home. I'm very friendly so I?m open to living with just about anyone, I like to socialize and hang out when I have time and don't mind guest or parties every now and then.
