Editor/Assistant New in Town

Hi, my name is Rachel! I am a meme/video editor, a writer?s assistant, and I love video games!

-my preferred locations are around Kip?s Bay and Washington Heights

-not picky about the apartment itself but I?m hoping for a decently sized bedroom

-I went to college for filmmaking and aspire to work in comedy and television

-I will always keep our shared spaces clean and am very respectful of other people?s food and property

-I would prefer to live in a calmer environment

-I would be working from home pretty frequently, but comedy will probably keep me out in the evenings

-I can be a bit reserved as a roommate, but I?m always down to go out or hang in the apartment!

-Not smoking friendly in the apartment

-No dogs please, I?m allergic. Cats and small animals are fine

-I would like a respectful roommate who doesn?t bring the party home with them! I can get along with just about anybody
