Room/Roommates Wanted

Hi! I'm a friendly 35 year old male fitness instructor, looking for a nice peaceful room/roommate situation. I have lived in the Harlem/Washington Heights area for the past 5 years with 2 wonderful female roommates. One of my roommates recently took on a new job which has forced her to relocate, thus we've decided after a great 5 years, it's finally time to part ways.

My work schedule is fluid week to week, but I usually am up and out of the apartment around 5am (I keep very quiet, as not to wake up my roommates). I also have afternoon/evening clients, but the latest I return from work would be about 9pm.

Since I'm up early, I try to get to bed pretty early during the week (9:45-10ish). However, I am a fairly sound sleeper. So I have no issues with roommates who come home or are up late at night.

I am very easy-going and I don't have any preference of age, gender, race or sexuality when looking for a roommate. I'm just hoping to live with people who are respectful, considerate, and overall pretty chill :)
In my free time I enjoy playing games on my ipad, playing/watching sports, and of course watching netflix.

I don't cook particularly often, but when I do its usually something super simple like baking some chicken breast, or steaming some broccoli in the microwave. I don't spend a ton of time in the kitchen, but when I do I try to keep it clean and neat.
