A Place To Call Home

Residing in Astoria, Queens but working full time in Manhattan, I am seeking a room to rent in the heart of New York. Although, I am leaving the option for Astoria rooms. Recently moving to New York in April of 2019 and finding myself better established, I would like to move closer to work. I tend to either be working constantly and when at home, I just want to rest and recharge. I tend to want a roommate that I can chat with here and there but also has their own life moving right along. I do not mind animals, I actually want one but when the time is right. I agree that consideration and communication are the keys to be an amazing roommate. I love giving the allowed space for one to be exactly who they want to be without judgement and appreciate someone hard at work as well. I would like to view the space prior to any agreements made and also hoping utilities are included without a crazy deposit, or just trying to make up your past due rent. I do agree with sublet situations as well and as long as it's over 3 months. I hope to meet you and hope to make a great connection and a new place to call home.
