Hi! I visited NYC recently and fell in love with it. Currently in Portland, OR and looking to move to NYC by mid October. Just exploring and looking to have fun as I have no major responsibilities (kid, family) and wanted to make a move. Can pay $1000+ but am trying to keep it conservative until I figure out financial details further. Willing to discuss that and split all things accordingly!

I have a big background in managing a dental office, marketing and licensed real estate broker in OR. I have a feeling I?ll be running a lot, listening to music at home, hanging out, exploring NYC. Looking to meet new people and enjoy good company. I respect the hustle in NYC and am excited go meet people who are like minded and motivate one another.
