Low drama, pleasant place to stay. Where people are sane and respectful.

I’m not picky about location or amenities. I work from home. I like country living or at least a place to garden. I’m fine with the city, as long as there is free parking. I can come with furniture or without. I have a household of furniture (well what I have yet to sell off) Willing to share to furnish a space.

All I ask for is a safe space. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer (I have my own air conditioners). People who will love, or just ignore my sweet cats. No passive aggressive weirdness. Ability to communicate like a grown up. I’m quiet, but I don’t mind a little noise.

Prefer a decent size room, but that’s negotiable. I’m older, but young for my age; adventurous. Cats are sweet and well trained.

Male, female, gay, straight, otherwise, doesn’t matter to me.

I work online from home, so I am there a great deal. When not working I’m often volunteering.

I travel for 2 or more week stints, cats travel with me.

I’m VERY easy going. Quiet, drama free. Like to cook, garden, read. I’m friendly, but do my own thing. Adaptable to anything.
