I?m dependable with rent, respectful and chill

I?m currently full time working at a bank that I?ve been with for six years. I don?t smoke and don?t have pets, don?t party much neither so overall pretty basic. I am wanting to find a great roommate that is honest, chill to talk to and has a decent room where I can study and main goal is to save money while there. I enjoy going to the gym often, eating out lol. When I work I have ten hour days and on my days off I usually try to catch up on reading, studying and try to explore by going on road trips whenever I can!
