Hoboken Spare Room

Hello,
I'm a a 27 year old girl from Paris moving to NYC early April 2020.
I am looking to find a Spare Room, preferably furnished and in Hoboken area.
If the place has a parking that would be a plus as I will have a car!

About me:
I work in Aerospace business development.
I am not looking for a Ghost roommate :) I am friendly and out going, looking forward to share some time to talk or do activities together during the weekends but also enjoy calm during the week as I travel a lot!
I've been living by myself since 3 years now, I am looking for a cleant shared place.
No drama, just a little bit of fun and good vibes in a place where I'll feel home and safe :)
