Newcomer looking to rent or sublease a room!

Hi there! ???? I?m a current student and professional looking to rent/sublease a room for at least 6 mos. My budget starts at $650 (can be flexible) and, I don?t take up too much space, so room size isn?t a huge concern. What you can expect from me: a pretty quiet and peaceful roommate (I do sing and make music, but I try to keep the noise out of everyone?s space or leave altogether to work) who?s tidy about public spaces, likes all pets, and only has guests once in a blue moon.
