Looking For Roommate

I?m Devon. I just recently transitioned out of the Marine Corps. I just started a new career in San Diego and I?m looking for something alittle more private and spacious than an apartment. I have a classic car and some weight lifting equipment. Need a garage. If I could find a 3 bedroom house I could pay for two of the three rooms and a roommate could stay in the 3rd. So I?m looking for a roommate that has a budget of at least 700$
I?m a single father to my 2 year-old son. There?s no mom. We?re pretty easy going he may say hello or try to speak gibberish to you from time to time. We spend a lot of time away from the home you?ll have plenty of space.
