Palo Alto: finding a place to rent in July 2022

I will be moving from Los Angeles to Palo Alto in July 1st 2022 for my full time job. I want find a place with indoor parking (if possible), kitchen, private bathroom (if possible) and in-unit laundry ( if possible). I am not looking for any party. I will be cleaning my own stuff and bring no trouble. Hoping to video chat before looking at the place in person. Thanks!
