Home & Office/Work Space at the Same Location (Medford)

I wish to have a place of my own, where I can live, and, also work from home, simultaneously.

I am a FAA Gold Seal Certified Flight Instructor and Ground Instructor & wish to conduct Ground School via Lessons/Classes for my Student Pilots in my Home Office, ClassRoom or Work Space.

This would be the equivalent of providing personal one-on-one tutoring in the various subjects like Aerodynamics, Air Navigation, Aircraft Weight & Balance, Aviation Meteorology, Federal Aviation Regulations, etc.

I would like to reside on the premises, in a separate room, upstairs or downstairs, or adjacent to the classroom, where I conduct my classes or tutoring workshops.

So, in other words, I am seeking a Home-Office, where I can both live, and, also work at the same time, at the same location. I am registered as an LLC in the State of New Jersey, and wish to do this under my LLC Business Name.

Several Home-Office-Work based businesses are run, where the owner of the business, lives on the same premises as the business they operate. Because I wish to reside on the premises, I believe and, do realize that the property cannot be located in a commercial or office area/zone.

Since the only business conducted will be Class- Room oriented, Personal One-On-One or Group Teaching/Instruction, there will be no special equipment installed, besides, a White-Board, and very basic instructional tools, as in a ClassRoom Environment.

Please advise if you can assist me in locating such property, as close as possible to the South Jersey Regional Airport , and, Flying W Airport, in the Mount Holly, Lumberton, Medford areas in New Jersey.

Rent to Own Option, under my Business or LLC name, is an option to consider, as well.

Manufactured/Mobile Homes or Construction /Style Work/Office Trailers are welcome.
