Need a room, shower, clean, pest free, oder free, locked keyed door, and quiet. Off-street parking for two vehicles. Intend on eating at work, won't use a kitchen. Don't need furnishing, tv, nor a bed.
Two males working two jobs each different shifts, saving money, and completing college. Non-smokers. Don't have a pet. We won't use or share food, won't use or share household items. We will supply to ourselves our personal & hygiene items. We wash clothes at a laundromat. We won't use amenities.
40-ish, married, will travel home weekly to see wife, and home expansion.
