Seeking Short term living

Hello,

My name is Teddy Oliver and I am a young professional that is seeking a short term lease while in Philly. I am transitioning to my school in Toronto Canada in August but while in Philly i would like to get a short term residence. I have good credit and no convictions or anything crazy like that. I am a lover of people so I get along with most. My motto is "a stranger is a friend I have not meet yet"! People who know me will conform that I am a lovable interject, enthusiastic ray of sunshine. I work two jobs in south Philly, (Home Depot, Staples), in order to keep me busy and to save some money. I don't need a lot and i'm pretty easy going.
