Looking for a furnished room in Oakland

Friendly, quiet, clean mature professional who works way too much is looking for a furnished room or if you are looking to get out of a lease. I am employed full time as an Office Manager for a company called Olivine. I have a 34 lb Jack Russell Terrier mixed dog who is very sweet and playful and is a cherished member of my household. I am neat and tidy to a fault and am very quiet and considerate of those I live with. I am looking for a room to rent but am open to getting an apartment with 1 or 2 other people.
