Looking for Roomies moving in Mar

Hello! My move-in date is flexible, aiming Apr-May 2022. I’m looking to sign a lease with ideally 1 roommate and hoping to build a place we can both call home together and stay for longer term.

My favorite neighborhoods are Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, West Village, Upper West and Murray Hill but open to all others I marked in the map! My work is at Hudson Yards, so anywhere with easy commute to there would work for me.

My budget can go up to $2400 if it’s a perfect match. Ideally I’m looking for apartment with in unit washer/dryer.

I’m a Financial Analyst. I work from home most of the time, and will start to go into the office 1/2 per week.

I’m allergic to cats unfortunately but definitely love dogs. I’m clean, respectful and vaccinated!
