Professional Female seeks a room

Me: I am a 25 year old software consultant and am looking for a room in Manhattan or Brooklyn. Some of my hobbies include playing guitar, reading, running, (pre-covid) traveling, and occasional dinner/drinks with friends.

Dates: I am available to move August 1st but can be flexible on the date (can move before if necessary). Looking for something until at least December 2020.

Ideal room:
*Large (>120sqft) room with
*1-2 windows with natural light
*<35 minute commute to ktown in Manhattan
*Pet friendly (I have a lovely 2 yr old cat named Cashmere)

Ideal Roommate(s):
*Respects and keeps clean communal spaces
*No tobacco smoking indoors

Nice to haves:
*Shared living room space
*Month-to-month situation
