Looking for large bedroom, generous closet space, bathroom with ample counter space, washer/dryer in unit, and some extra space for storage (boxes). Prefer no stairs. Although I have furniture for living and dining areas, plus weights and bench, etc., willing to let go of any or all for the right fit.
