Professional Male seeks a room

I am a professional male with a high credit score who works in the television industry which is currently returning to filming so I’m working a bit. I currently live in a condo space with several housemates in Manhattan and am looking for a nice large private space that aren’t Manhattan prices.

Lifestyle wise, I’m about as vanilla as they come. I don’t drink, do drugs, smoke or even drink coffee. I spend most of my time playing video games, participating in a writer’s group, running an online queer gaming community and working in various disciplines of entertainment. I do stream games on Twitch but I have headphones and never play without them. I’m big into exercise, namely, running.
