Need easy, comfy, & cheap room to rent.

Hi guys, I?m just looking for a simple room in a house, or anything more upscale.
I just need a cheap rate!
I work full time and I am also traveling when I am not working.

I need a shower, a toilet, a bed, a closet, a place to park my car.
It would also be nice to have (but is not necessary): internet access, cable tv, kitchen or kitchen access, backyard access, extra storage, garage use for bike.
