Film/TV creative looking for apt share; 7/1/22

My name is Daniel, film/TV creative aged 35. I'm currently looking for a single bedroom (either month-to-month or one-year lease) for a 7/1/22 move, and have a budget of $1200-$1300/month.

In addition, I'm simultaneously looking to partner up with 1-2 like-minded roommates for an apartment share (2BA/1BA, 3BD/1BA) for a 7/1/22 move, and also have a budget of $1200-$1300/month.

I work for a film studio/screen acting conservatory in lower Manhattan 5 days/week, yet spend a fair amount of time outdoors on weekends.

I enjoy reading, spending time by the park, partaking in the museums and music venues of the city, filming/editing my own projects, and have a zen disposition that lends itself well to roommate relationships.
