Searching for Male Roommate-April 1st

My name is Christopher and I am searching for a possible roommate that is open-minded, educated and outgoing. It would be for end of March to April 1st move in. This is a long-term situation preferably. I am currently living in Queens and staying at a sublet that is ending soon. I am a 41 year old, gay professional white male who teaches part time as a professor and practices as a psychotherapist, currently working remotely from home. I prefer to move in with someone who has at least a two-bedroom so there is privacy. I do have some of my own furniture so an unfurnished room is preferable with enough space and a closet in the room. I plan on purchasing a new bed, but can delay that if one is provided. I can save the purchase for when I get my own place in the future. I do not have any pets such as a cat or dog, but a small tarantula that is friendly and does not bite. He does not come out of the terrarium. Very low maintenance pet to own. They have been my interest since I was young.

I prefer living with another male that is straight or gay that I can get along with that is close to my age and mature. Someone who does not have any neurotic type behavior. More relaxed personality, not anxiety-ridden or paranoid, especially with our current times. I am quiet when I am home and live my life without worry. I am usually watching movies, reading or just on my laptop doing work/prepping for lectures. I do not like drama and prefer to live in that type of household being free of it. I do not smoke cigarettes or cannabis including any other illegal drugs in my past.
