Professional Female seeks a room

I'm a 29 year old working professional relocating from Boston to New York in September. Under normal circumstances I work typical 9-5 hours and enjoy going to the gym, out with friends, traveling, and volunteering. I'm not a neat freak by any means but prefer to keep my apartment clean and looking for a friendly, respectful environment. I'm currently wfh but once things go back to normal will be working from my company's midtown office.
