ISO Place to Move In Around 1/1/2021

I will be moving to California for a job in San Mateo around early January 2021. I am looking for a space within a ~25-minute drive of San Mateo, with preference toward ones that don't require me to pay $6 a day to cross a bridge. My ideal living space would be one with a medium to large bedroom, private bathroom, and in-house laundry. The main thing I look for in a roommate is that they are quiet on weeknights, but otherwise I have little preference.

I am overall an easygoing guy who has no problem either keeping to himself or having nice long chats or whatever. I generally stay pretty busy between work and hobbies. I keep clean and quiet and am pretty accommodating in most situations, whether with regards to the living situation or not. I have a very friendly indoor cat who is declawed at the front (not by me!), and so he will not be destroying anything.
