I?m looking for a clean, decent size room in the Astoria queens area. Furnished or unfurnished, either works for me. Close to public transport and local amenities ( laundromat, grocery, pharmacies, gym)

I?m a 32 year old professional female, working in Manhattan. I?m a non-smoker without any pets. I?m very clean and organized. Very fun, easy-going, friendly and considerate. I?m quiet and keep to myself most of the time and don?t bring a party home. Just looking for a relaxed place to come home to.

I?m looking for 1-2 roommates who are clean and respectful and communicate well. Females preferred but not limited to. I?m ok living with dogs, however I?m allergic to cats. Non-smokers are a must.
