Two engineers looking for two rooms to rent

We are two engineers looking for two rooms to rent in the Oakland/Emeryville Area, preferably with access to BART or within biking distance to Lake Merritt. We've only got a small hamster, and neither of us smoke. We love the outdoors, but also love a good night of movies, wine, and conversation. We'd love to find a place that allows gardening and has a dishwasher, but we are flexible! We'd appreciate a roommate who is sociable and considerate, and who hopefully is okay with a small, caged animal.
