Very easy-going couple looking for 12 month lease

Hello! My name is Georgia and me and my husband Jonathan are looking for a nice room to rent in NY! We are 24 and 25 years old, I work for a skincare company in Soho and Jonathan is a fourth-year medical student who will be mostly away for clinical rotations and residency interviews during the next year. We are both very easy going, on our free days we like to wake up late, go to parks in the afternoon and stay in with some good food and binge-worthy Netflix shows at night.
